Since I am at each property for a full day it almost NEVER rains the entire time. Overcast weather can actually provide some of the best lighting for phtoos and I can photoshop in colorful blue & sunset skies. I've had very good results even when it does rain. If it rains in the evening twilight, I just get up early the next morning for morning twilight photos. Weather is rarely an issue for me.
Great question! I like to do a lot of things differently to help you get the best result. I always allow the owner to be onsite if they want, and I spend a full day at each property to take advantage of the best lighting throughout the day. I'm not in and out in 3 hours, so I can end up with a lot more content in the best lighting possible.
Every property benefites from pro photos and floor plans and a 10-15% revenue boost can help you even on the smaller properties! I treat EVERY house just as carefully. I photograph a wide range houses so I've seen it all. Once you are my client, you house gets my complete and undived attention to make it look the best I possiby can.
